IOS OFFICES Punta Santa Fe
IOS OFFICES Punta Santa Fe is part of an important real estate project, in which more than 40 recognized buildings have been constructed. It is strategically located at Avenida Paseo de la Reforma, in the Santa Fe area, and it has benefits such as a pedestrian access to the Santa Fe Shopping Mall, for users of the tower, an access to the passenger elevators, a heliport, among other benefits. Also, this complex is composed of 24 floors and its architecture was specially designed to optimize the use of natural light, making it environmentally friendly.
The complex consists of three buildings, two office towers and one service area in which eight parking lot floors are distributed, thus leaving the pedestrian and vehicular accesses for both buildings at the street level.
