Una zona llena de espacios comerciales, restauración, bancos, hoteles y también muy cerca del Auditorio, recinto ferial, Parque Marítimo y el Intercambiador (estación central de transporte).

Nuestro espacio co-working fue creado para aquellos que quieren trabajar en un ambiente moderno y acogedor, rodeados de buena gente y excelentes instalaciones. En Espacio Kernel tendrás tu espacio de trabajo a medida, 1100m2 divido en 5 plantas, con la mejor comunidad cooperativa.

Todo nuestro espacio está pensado para fomentar la colaboración con otros freelances, emprendedores de diferentes partes del mundo y que así puedan surgir sinergias. Para que se sientan casi como en casa, nos podemos comunicar con vosotros en Español, Inglés, Alemán, Italiano y Rumano.

Tenemos una zona diáfana, pero también tenemos oficinas cerradas para quien necesite un poco más de privacidad. Acceso con huella, luz 100% natural, vigilancia por cámara de seguridad y disponibilidad de disfrutar del espacio 24/7 dependedo de la tarifa que eliges.

Además, ofrecemos salas de reuniones y una cocina donde hay una nevera, microondas y, sobretodo, una estupenda maquina café!

We are right in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on Avenida Tres de Mayo, 30!

An area full of shopping spaces, restaurants, banks, Business hotel and it’s very close to the Auditorium, the Maritim Park and the main bus station.

Our co-working space was created for those who want to work in a modern and friendly environment, surrounded by good people and awesome facilities. In Espacio Kernel, you’ll have the perfect working space, with 1100m2 subdivided in 5 floors.

When we created this space we were thinking how we could best encourage the collaboration between freelancers, entrepeneurs from different parts of the world and create a great sinergy between everyone.

In order for you to feel more at home, we can comunicate in various languages such as Spanish, English, German, Italian and Romanian.

We have a big open space, but also individual offices for those who need a bit more of privacy. The access is with a fingerprint, we have 100% natural light, camera surveillance and the availability to use the space 24/7, based on the rate you choose.

Additionally, we also offer conference rooms and a kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and last, but not least, a great coffee machine!
