Workspaces Your Way! Negocia Area has an area of 670 square meters of flexible zones. These areas consist of 21 flex mode work offices, two coworking areas, two meeting rooms, toilets, reception with a waiting room and daily newspapers, an area with a coffee machine and a microwave, and a vending area.

Outside this area, we have corporate offices for medium and large companies and a large conference room with a terrace and a capacity of 2 to 140 people. In addition, we have security cameras, access control and a free parking area.

The Negocia Area community is made up of small companies, freelancers and entrepreneurs from all sectors and offers its spaces to all professionals who need a place to work and share experiences. The Negocia Area workspace is located inside Carrida Plaza building, surrounded by some cafes, restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is only 2.5km away.

Each workstation consists of a individual desk of 1.60m or 1.80m for each coworker, with desk divider, direct access to electrical connection, internet network (cable 200mb / wifi), and storage locker.

With the workplace, each coworker has correspondence reception, commercial postal address, cleaning, climate-controlled environment, parking area, use of A3 / A4 printer / photocopier / scanner at cost. Includes staff support for any general management of your office.
