Santa Emilia

Welcome to Santa Emilia, a historic manor house nestled in the charming city of Mondoñedo, Galicia. This 950m2 colonial palazzo, meticulously restored to its former glory, offers a unique blend of work, culture, and nature for remote workers from all walks of life.

We are Juan, a concert pianist and director of one of London's most prestigious piano schools, and Victor, a finance graduate with over seven years of experience managing properties in London, Ferrara -Italy- and Spain, both in our 30s. As remote workers ourselves, we've found a perfect balance between work, culture, and nature in Santa Emilia. We are fluent in Spanish and English, and advanced in Italian, and we are excited to share our space with like-minded individuals from all over the world.

Santa Emilia offers spacious living areas, with 65% of the space dedicated to shared spaces and only six large and comfortable bedrooms. Our 3000 m2 walled gardens provide a serene 'cocoon' for work or recreation.

The 'Salon de los Pilares', our palazzo's main hall, boasts 180 m2 and a grand concert piano. This space is used for masterclasses and classical music concerts, which are set to happen approximately once a month. These events, along with other cultural activities like book presentations, provide an enriching cultural experience for all residents.

Mondoñedo is a historic gem, offering all the facilities of a city within the charm of a small town. The local cuisine, known for its fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, and the perfect weather, with mild winters and enjoyable summers, add to the appeal of this location.
