HubChe is a 16-desk coworking space on the first floor of a quiet building in the heart of Niš. The space is divided into a dedicated focus zone with natural light throughout the day, a lounge area overlooking the park, four private phone booths for calls, and a meeting room available by reservation. Members have access to fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee, and a calm, distraction-free environment designed for deep work. Dedicated desks give full-time members a permanent spot; hot desks serve part-time and drop-in visitors. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed, a small-enough community that everyone knows each other.
