Our idea for the space:
We come from a startup environment, so our coworking space is inspired by that vibe.
In our opinion, as we spend such a big chunk of our life at work, we'd better make sure it's a place we love to be at. We think the best way to achieve that, is by treating our coworkers as friends, not just colleagues. At lunch we can just say what we actually did last weekend, we feel free to make jokes, we play some Mario Kart when we need a break and we can have a beer together after work.
Next to having fun together, we want to help each other out in our work. We can always ask each other for advice or a second opinion. That's what coworkers are also for!
Fixed desks only
We think that flex working with different people every day brings anonymity. We want to get to know the people we work with and that’s why we only rent out fixed desks. You get your own desk that you can use whenever you want.
Who are you?
• An entrepreneur/freelancer in Utrecht
• You’re looking for a workspace but also for the social part
• You intend to work from the office at least 2-3 days a week. We want to create a community and a fun vibe
• You can handle some noise around you (we like to put on some music while working)
More details
• The office has 10 to 12 desks (TBD), a kitchen, a dining table and a game room
• The price per desk is 271 euros / month excluding VAT (21%)
• We currently have 4 desks left (November 4th, 2024)

Location
The space is located in the Hooghiemstra building, next to Griftpark.
Hooghiemstra is the home to 80+ companies and offers many services, such as:
• 24/7 access
• Reception with post service
• Drinks and activities that are organized with the other renters (80+ companies)
• Meeting rooms you can partly rent for free
• Restaurant Karibu and even a hairdresser ;-)
