About the place. Neptuno co-living space is a new kind of modern housing where residents are like a big family, a community with shared values and interests. It is a unique place for international scientists, talented professionals and visiting scholars who visit the city for carrying out business and research. Neptuno’s space also serve as short-term landing place for people moving to the city, people starting a new job, or people who simply wants to live well, to live lighter, to live cheaper, and to live in community.

Where is it located? It is located in the city of Enschede, eastern Netherlands, and close to the German border. It features a prime location, only 700 mts (4 min cycling) from the University of Twente, an attractive destination for entrepreneurs and researchers. It is placed in a quiet, safe, residential area in the north of the city and close to scenic countryside. Enschede city center is just at 3.5 kms distance (12 min cycling) to quickly grab a beer, dine, shop or join social activities.

How is the Living Space? The house is a large single family home that was recently renovated and it is beautiful. Rooms are newly-furnished spaces, with amenities of very high quality at an affordable cost. The space is ready-to-move. Each bedroom is about 10 mt2 and equipped with a super modern desk, a comfy bed, a night stand, a professional chair and a lamp.

Who lives there? Our residents are MSc/PhD students, start-up founders, digital nomads, scientists, talented visitor researchers and young working professionals. Our residents use our facilities to relax, work, meet and connect with new friends in a quiet and professional environment. Our residents love to keep the space clean and follow the house rules.

What is included in the cost? The price that you pay for your bedroom includes all utilities, high speed internet, city property taxes, house maintenance and weekly cleaning of common areas.

What facilities are included? The house is fully furnished and provides all the necessary residential and business facilities. Each resident have his own private bedroom. Shared communal services are designed to bring people together, encourage team work and social interactions. They consist of a modern living room, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a utility room, a garden and a bike parking space.

Residents have access to fashionable on-site laundry facilities. Kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances, a modern coffee corner, dishware, and all kind of basic essentials. Our home offers high speed WIFI at no additional cost. Street parking for cars is possible nearby, free of charge. A functional bike is provided for easy transportation in the city.
