Offices Pontou 39 by Prima Workspace offers a range of work environments suited to different needs and working styles, all from one location next to Kalamaria metro station. The Shared Offices occupy a quieter downstairs area, with desk dividers, Ethernet ports, and sockets for a distraction-reduced setup. For those needing more privacy without a full office commitment, the ThinkPod 2.0 provides a semi-enclosed personal workstation within the shared business lounge—plug in via USB-A or USB-C and your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and audio peripherals connect instantly. Three Private Offices on the ground floor provide fully furnished, soundproofed spaces with air conditioning, ventilation, executive seating, guest chairs, and whiteboards. All three are accessible without stairs and finished with frosted glass doors that maintain brightness while ensuring privacy. One Private Office is purpose-built for smokers, featuring a dedicated x4 oversized ventilation system that must remain on during use. The Conference Room seats seven around a wooden table and is equipped for video conferencing through any platform. A 65″ 4K display with integrated camera, microphone, keyboard, and mouse connects via HDMI or USB-C. Desktop Mode on the Android TV provides computer access between meetings. A whiteboard and world map mural support collaborative work and presentations. All spaces include access to complimentary tea and coffee, kitchen facilities, printing and copying services, wireless internet, and Ethernet connectivity.
