PRAGUE EMPIRIA

The Empiria Centre offers fourth and fifth-floor offices in a modern building in the neigbourhood of Pankrác, just to the south of central Prague. The centre is strategically located in Prague 4 close to a motorway that makes for easy access to Brno, Bratislava and Vienna. It is one of the newer business developments and major Czech and international companies are tenants of this 26-floor building. The city has a reputation for business innovation and accounts for 25 per cent of the Czech Republic's GDP. It is also well known for scientific research at various institutes, hospitals and universities. Multinational companies have set up research and development facilities in the city as a result. Prague's economy is now predominantly service-oriented, but other industries are present, including pharmaceuticals, printing, food processing, manufacture of transport equipment, computer technology and electrical engineering. The centre has an on-site restaurant, but good public transport puts central Prague just minutes away.
