Terms & Conditions:

1. Tenant should inform us 3 months (notice period) before vacating the office.

2. Advance will be refunded by us at the end of vacating time.

3. No alteration has to be done in the office floor without our approval and permission.

4. The Company Or Individual is responsible for all equipments provided by us and if there is any damage / loss / theft of the same will be deducted in the advance amount at the time of vacating.

5. Tenants are requested to maintain discipline and should not disturb the office floor.

6. Any issues on the above conditions should be discussed with us directly.

* Tariff Includes GST 18%.

* Booking is confirmed only with 100% Advance.

* Check In - The Time first person gets seated inside the hall or you’re starting booking time whichever is earlier.

* Check Out - The Time last person leaves the hall or your ending booking time whichever is later.

* We reserve the right to cancel any booking that remains unconfirmed with or without prior intimation.

* Payments once made is NON REFUNDABLE.

ALERT: Any Support for Food and Beverage co-ordination has to be given prior order to the Office Support @ Venue before start of your programme .

The Booking is valid only on FULL payments done for such days as due to non working hours of regular office.
