The 30th floor hosts our flexi-office suite offering, at an upmarket address without upmarket overheads. The Box-Office caters for smaller businesses wanting to scale up to down; those that need shorter-term, more flexible arrangement; those that are starting out a business; and like-minded businesses seeking a community space to network and grow.

The iconic building has undergone a refurbishment to the ground floor, brand new lifts, state of the art biometric access systems and the addition of the SALT Food Market which includes a Seattle coffee shop and a variety of food offerings. Also available are bicycle storage and shower facilities. The Box is in close proximity to hotels, eateries, CTICC, and the V&A Waterfront.
