Im wohl größten Cowoking Space in Wels werden auf über 2000 m2 Gesamtfläche (3 Stockwerke), 50 hochwertig möblierte Büros und zahlreiche FIX Desks (im Open Office) angeboten.
Im monatlichen Nutzungsentgelt inkludiert sind bei uns Miete & Betriebskosten (inkl. Strom, Heizung, Klimaanlage), sowie die Nutzung der kompletten Infrastruktur (Mobiliar, Internet, Scanner, Aktenvernichter, Benutzung der Besprechungsräume/Küchen/WCs/Dusche etc). Die Abrechnung für Drucker/Kopierer erfolgt über ein Chipsystem.
WORKSPACE Coworker haben 24/7 Zugang zu ihrem Büro bzw. Arbeitsplatz.
